The Black Angus Restaurant and Lounge has been serving Bay County locals and tourist visiting Panama City Beach for over 30 years now.  We have earned a reputation over those years for serving up the best roast prime rib in these parts of Florida.  We won the local News Herald Newspaper's "Best of Bay 2008" award for our roast prime rib.  What makes winning this award so special to us is we have won it for the last 9 years straight.  So don't take our word for how good our food is, come in and see what the locals have known for years.

We are a locally owned restaurant and not a franchise.  The Paul family has owned and personally managed this restaurant from the beginning.  Most of the staff have been with them for many years.  Chef Julie has been with them going on 17 years.  Several other staff members also have a long history with the Paul family.
